Training

Allied Resources brings together leading training services from Pearson, the world’s leading learning company, to provide Edexcel and BTEC work-ready qualifications. Our candidates typically receive Pearson/Edexcel certification for six months to a year followed by a review prior to an interview. Enrollment in our training program is linked directly to our recruitment process.

Recruiting

Our recruiting agencies have subagents who maintain a network of recruiters in the 64 districts of Bangladesh. Upon receiving a demand order, we engage our sub-agents in understanding the terms and conditions of the order and providing curricula vitae (CVs) from qualified candidates. As a consortium, Allied Resources has access to ten times the number of candidates of any single agency. We also partner with bikroy.com, the largest online jobs portal in Bangladesh.

Interviews

Employers may come to Bangladesh to interview candidates directly, authorize us to interview on your behalf, or send CVs directly to the employer and interview via video conference (optional). For on-site interviews, we can gather tools and supplies for candidates to demonstrate their trade.

Medical testing, travel services, and money exchange

Upon selection, candidates’ paperwork (medical, certificate attestation, and ministry clearance) is processed. We provide the required medical screening in-house. We assist the medically screened candidates to apply for visas, and manpower clearance is obtained from the Ministry . Flight arrangements are made within 15-30 days of the selection date.

• Our approved medical testing center is government-certified and compliant with WHO standards. Doing this in-house saves our clients time and money.
• Our travel agency, which handles all the ticketing for our overseas workers, saves valuable resources and ensures we can maintain the delivery schedule requested by our clients. We are a member of the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and the Air Travel Advisory Bureau (ATAB). When needed, we will charter flights.
• Our money exchange license allows workers to obtain traveling funds and to receive remittance in Bangladesh from their country of employment.
